After 36 years, the YMCA is coming back to downtown Kansas City. The new location at the historic Lyric Theater at 11th and Central will call for the historic facade and lobby of the vacant Lyric Theater building to be retained. A pool, fitness center, indoor track and gym will also be built behind the building. We have just started the design development phase of the project and could not be more excited!
