Patricia Kearns, former CEO at QLI and current Vice President of Construction & Capital Planning at Immanuel, brings more than 20 years of leadership experience centered on building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence. With expertise at the intersection of neuroscience and practical learning principles, she helps organizations cultivate sustainable growth in both people and systems.

Jim Greisch Appointed to Lamp Rynearson Board

Jim Greisch, retired Market Managing Partner at RSM, led a team of nearly 5,000 professionals in the financial services sector. He offers deep expertise in insurance, strategic planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance, and is recognized as an Audit Committee financial reporting expert.

Jim’s experience leading large, complex organizations and advising executive teams will support Lamp Rynearson’s continued financial stewardship and governance excellence.

Virgil Oligmueller Returns to the Board of Directors

Lamp Rynearson Transportation Group Leader, Virgil Oligmueller returns to the Board after previously serving several years ago.
