Lamp Rynearson is excited to announce a dynamic new chapter in our Kansas City office leadership as Melanie Jollett, PE, steps into the role of Water Services Group Leader, effective January 1, 2025. After celebrating Tony O’Malley’s retirement from a remarkable 40+ year career with our firm, Melanie’s promotion ushers in fresh energy and vision, ensuring our legacy of excellence continues to thrive.
At Lamp Rynearson, we believe in investing in our people. Earlier last year, we launched an internal search for the next Water Services Group Leader—a process that underscored the deep talent and expertise within our organization. Each candidate participated in a thoughtful and transparent selection process.
After careful consideration, Melanie Jollett emerged as the perfect fit for this instrumental role. With over 25 years of experience in water and wastewater services and a track record of leadership at both KC Water and Colorado Springs Utilities, Melanie brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and vision. Her genuine commitment to client success and making a positive impact in the communities we serve aligns perfectly with our legacy of delivering sustainable solutions.
Melanie is no stranger to collaboration. In her new role, she will work closely with Laura Gray, PE, our Wastewater Practice Lead, Chad Harrington, PE, our Water Practice Lead, and the broader leadership team to ensure a seamless transition and continued excellence.
This is an exciting time for Lamp Rynearson, and Melanie’s leadership will play a vital role in shaping the future of our Water Services Group. Her leadership promises to drive the evolution of our water services, reinforcing our commitment to creating resilient, future-ready communities. We are eager to see the impact of her vision and expertise as we continue to innovate and deliver cutting-edge results.
