An award-winning project by Lamp Rynearson, Capriana Homes is a beautiful mixed-income neighborhood. Capriana was named after an Italian village, and stands as a testament to our dedication of leaving a legacy.

As a multi-family residential project, Capriana Homes partnered with Habitat for Humanity to make this an afforable housing development. With 11 single-family homes and 149 condominiums, this community makes connectivity a priority. Natural paths, trails, and sidewalks make Capriana a walkable, comfortable neighborhood. All amenities like the pool and community garden, are for every resident.

Our site planning and civil engineering team worked with the architect and owner to design a one-of-a-kind property. Grading was a unique challenge, starting as a sloping green field, but with the creative use of tiered walls, it has become a gorgeous addition to the Elkhorn community.
