Guadalupe Apartments

Lamp Rynearson teamed with Archdiocesan Housing, a subsidiary of Catholic Charities of Denver, to develop permanent supportive housing in the town of Greeley. The Guadalupe Apartments serve to provide a home and support services for forty-seven households currently experiencing homelessness in the local community. The project is constructed adjacent to the existing Guadalupe Community Center and Shelter, and is the first large-scale complex of its kind in Weld County. Lamp Rynearson assisted by providing:

  • Boundary and topographic surveys (including ALTA surveys)
  • Foundation survey
  • Minor subdivision platting
  • Final construction documents, including all construction plans and other documents needed for development of the site

Construction administration services (including shop drawing review assistance, site visits, construction meetings, response to RFI’s/ASI’s, final record drawings, and grading/ drainage certifications)
