Lamp Rynearson’s engineering professionals redesigned the Millard South High tennis courts for this remove-and-replace project. The six upgraded courts feature school colors, new sidewalks, and bleachers. This athletic facility features post tension slab which is a combination of conventional slab reinforcement and additional protruding high-strength steel tendons, which are consequently subjected to tension after the concrete has set. The improved construction methods ensure a longer-lasting product for student-athletes and staff.
South Entrance
The south entrance area of Millard South High School features an improved parking lot and pickup/dropoff zones. New sidewalks and fire lanes were also a part of the entrance project along with benches for students. Lamp Rynearson’s Professional Landscape Architects were also involved with upgrading the landscape features around this renovation project, improving the overall aesthetics of the south entrance.
