Westbury Farm
Westbury Farm at 216th and F Street is a subdivision in Elkhorn, Nebraska. With over 275 lots this development is complete with luxury villas, acreage lots, and single-family homes. The neighborhood features walkout, terrace, and daylight style lots and was developed in tandem with Westbury Creek on the other side of F Street. Since this land was outside the City of Omaha’s sewer service area Lamp Rynearson engineers designed a septic system and coordinated general permitting with the state of Nebraska for these lots being developed. Arterial improvements were made to both 216th Street and F Street, including a substantial wall over the culvert near this intersection.
