Hidden Hollow is a 119-lot single-family housing development in Gretna, Nebraska. Designed by Lamp Rynearson surveyors and civil engineers for McCune Development. Prior to development a wetland delineation was performed by our specialists for this housing development. 404 Nation Wide permitting was needed along with mitigation creation and monitoring for the site that will continue through 2025 -2026.
Our stormwater technicians performed regular site inspections before and during development. Post Construction Stormwater Management efforts will continue on this project site until the basins are converted to their permanent status. Ensuring that the basins capture and treat the same amount of rainwater prior to construction helps our client stay in compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental regulations throughout all phases of development.
