Matt Kruse, PE, PTOE, leads Lamp Rynearson’s Roadway & Traffic Practice Group and brings experience in transportation engineering, specializing in both roadway and traffic engineering. Matt’s expertise includes arterial roadway improvement design, intersection and roundabout design, traffic signal plans, corridor studies, multimodal bike and pedestrian trails, and campus circulation studies. He has managed and contributed to major projects such as Heartwood Preserve, Aksarben Village, Midtown Crossing, and numerous roadway improvements across the Omaha metro and region. A licensed Professional Engineer in NE, KS, IA, CO, and MO, and a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer, Matt is a Fellow of both the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) and the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE). He is recognized for his collaborative approach, technical excellence, and commitment to delivering innovative, people-focused transportation solutions.
