With over 2 decades of experience as a professional landscape architect, Regan has led multifaceted projects across the Midwest, West, and West Coast, including redevelopment, entertainment districts, mixed-use developments, parks, cemeteries, and municipal projects. He is known for his collaborative approach, guiding clients and teams through the design process to achieve goal-oriented, creative solutions. Regan’s expertise spans project management, master planning, fundraising, and full-scope construction design. Licensed in MO, NE, CO, ID, KS, and TX, and Envision Certified, he is a past president of the Great Plains Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects and an active member of the Urban Land Institute. Regan’s leadership continues to shape vibrant, resilient spaces and communities throughout the Kansas City region.
