We’re excited to celebrate Christa Maitland’s one-year anniversary with Lamp Rynearson! Christa has become an integral part of our team, ensuring that every member of the Lamp Rynearson team is taken care of. When asked what attracted her to join our company, Christa’s answer was simple but spot-on: “The culture and people.” This response perfectly encapsulates what makes Lamp Rynearson special – we’re not just a workplace, we’re a community where relationships matter, and culture comes first.

What truly stands out about her first year at Lamp Rynearson is the memories she’s made through community involvement and team building. Her favorite work experiences highlight the heart of our company culture, particularly when she volunteered for our Habitat for Humanity build, demonstrating the spirit of service that defines our team. These volunteer opportunities allow us to make a positive impact in our communities while strengthening bonds with colleagues. She also participated in the Corporate Cup 5k alongside her coworkers, showing that the connections we build at Lamp Rynearson extend far beyond the office walls. Whether we’re building homes for families in need or crossing finish lines together, we support each other in all endeavors.

Christa brings the same thoughtfulness she applies to her work into her personal pursuits, finding joy in knitting because, as she puts it, “Knitting is relaxing, and I have something special to show for my time and work.” Her passion for travel reflects her curiosity and openness to new experiences: “I love to see new parts of the world and meet new people and learn about their cultures.” This global perspective and genuine interest in connecting with others align perfectly with our collaborative company culture. We’re grateful that she chose to spend this time in her career with the Lamp Rynearson family, bringing her expertise, positive attitude, and community spirit to our team.
