Five years ago, Christine Nichols received a referral to Lamp Rynearson by Lynn Cunningham. That referral was the catalyst to her career here with us as one of our Project Administrators. Join us in celebrating Christine’s anniversary!
Christine has worked on many projects in her time with us, but one that stands out to her is the Camden Point Wastewater Treatment Facility. She felt honored to work on such a large, federal project. Before work could begin, President Biden had to sign off on the Treatment Plans, which was super exciting for Christine!
In the future, she is hoping to learn as much as she can to be an integral part of the company’s IT team. Already, she is the point of contact for our Kansas City Office, and she isn’t planning on stopping there!
Christine loves working with a company that cares for its people. She remembers when a coworker’s wife passed, Kansas City closed their office so everyone would have a chance to attend her funeral. That show of care mattered greatly to Christine. Then, during the pandemic, she felt seamlessly guided through such an unprecedented time. She always felt she knew what our plan was every step of the way.
Outside of Lamp Rynearson, Christine loves to read. She was taught by her sister at just 4 years old, and now instead of by light of secret flashlight under a blanket, she uses her Kindle. She finds that reading can take you out of your own life and into another’s!
Congratulations on five years at Lamp Rynearson, Christine! Here’s to many more!
