Fifteen years ago, Senior Project Manager Joe Flaxbeard started working for Lamp Rynearson right after graduating college, to this day he still believes he just lucked out. When asked about his best work experience over the years Joe replied:
“There are too many specific instances to recall, but I appreciate the collaborations and conversations with all of my coworkers.”
He believes those daily interactions build strong teams and help to create meaningful projects that can transform our communities. One such project that happens to be Joe’s current favorite in recent years is The Crossroads redevelopment. Being very involved in The Crossroads redevelopment project has been a rewarding experience for Joe. Having grown up in Omaha, Joe has lived through the life cycle of this site, and is excited to be part of the effort to breathe new life into the middle of our city.
Joe shared that it’s the leadership at Lamp Rynearson that has provided the opportunities and resources for Joe to grow into new roles. Starting as a project engineer, fresh out of college, and developing into his current role as a senior project manager, Joe plans on continuing to take advantage of those opportunities for growth and leadership.
When he’s not contributing to the long-term success of Lamp Rynearson you can find Joe outside in nature, unplugging, and resetting through running or hiking. Congratulations on your 15-year anniversary! #WorkHereGrowHere
