When you step into the Fort Collins office of Lamp Rynearson, you’ll find a team that’s passionate about their work, their community, and each other. Project Manager Natalie DeLaCroix is a shining example of what makes this culture so special.

Natalie’s journey to Lamp Rynearson began with a search for a company that truly values its people. “I could tell that Lamp Rynearson actually values their employees and focuses on longevity,” she shares. “I had also seen some of Lamp Rynearson’s work before and appreciated the thoroughness in the projects that I saw; I could see that Lamp Rynearson takes pride in their work, and that was something that I wanted to be a part of.” For Natalie, joining Lamp Rynearson wasn’t just about a job—it was about becoming part of a legacy of quality and care.

In her time with the company, Natalie has already made a significant impact, diving into a variety of projects. Her favorite so far? The Lowry Ranch CAP, a multi-location oil and gas development. “The Lowry Ranch project is neat because there is so much that goes into it. I came into the project in the middle, helping with Project Management. The scale of the project and getting caught up on everything was a little bit daunting, but it’s been a fun challenge.” Natalie’s willingness to embrace complexity and learn quickly is a testament to the spirit of Lamp Rynearson, where challenges are seen as opportunities for growth.

Looking ahead, Natalie is excited to continue her journey with Lamp Rynearson. “My goal is to keep growing myself at Lamp Rynearson,” she says. It’s a simple statement, but one that speaks volumes about the company’s culture of development, advancement, and support.

When asked about her best work experiences, Natalie doesn’t hesitate: “I can’t single out one moment, but the best experiences have been enjoying connecting with and laughing with the great people at Lamp Rynearson.” For her, it’s the camaraderie and genuine relationships that make every day memorable.

Outside of work, Natalie is just as adventurous. “I have too many hobbies to pick a favorite. My main hobbies are riding dirt bikes in the mountains, snowmobiling, skiing, scuba diving, playing with my dogs, and this year I started golfing. I love that my hobbies let me see amazing places and things. I also enjoy pushing myself to improve my skills, ride more difficult terrain, and just be active with friends and family.” Her zest for life and drive to keep learning and exploring are qualities that she brings to her work every day.
