After a 30 year career in Heavy Construction Management, Scott Ward joined Lamp Rynearson last year as a Construction Observer. When looking for the next step in his career, he came across our website. After looking through our featured projects, Scott decided that Lamp Rynearson was the right fit! He was particularly drawn to our stormwater and wastewater projects.
Scott spends his days observing construction practices and third party inspections. He enjoys getting to interact with city employees and contractors he worked with in previous roles.
A large part of his role is providing daily reports and photo documentation. Scott’s favorite hobby is actually photography, and appreciates the opportunities to flex this muscle when in the field.
“I have worked on some unusual projects for the Federal Government specific to water control. This allowed me to capture some amazing photos that I would have never had an opportunity to experience,” Scott said.
