Work Here, Grow Here: Celebrating Simone Gingles’ Five Years at Lamp Rynearson

Five years ago, Simone Gingles joined Lamp Rynearson with a practical bonus in mind: the office was close to the home she and her family had just purchased. But it was more than convenience that caught her attention. Simone also connected with the company’s purpose, and that combination helped begin a career journey marked by learning, laughter and meaningful progress.

As a Billing Specialist, Simone plays an important role in helping the accounting team keep work moving smoothly. She is someone who enjoys learning how processes work, identifying ways to make them better and continuing to build her knowledge across the department.

That focus is especially evident in the work ahead. Simone is preparing to learn the Fixed Assets process so she can help test the Asset program within Vantagepoint. If the program performs as hoped, it could replace the third-party system currently in use and help simplify the team’s workflow.

“I want to continue learning different areas within the accounting department and streamline as much as possible,” Simone shared.

That goal reflects the thoughtful, practical approach Simone brings to her work. She is looking ahead, building new skills and helping create a stronger process for the team.

Of course, work is not only about systems and deadlines. For Simone, some of her favorite Lamp Rynearson memories come from the moments that bring coworkers together. Team bonding activities and Christmas karaoke events are at the top of her list, especially because they are always filled with laughter.

Outside of work, Simone recharges by reading and working out. Both give her a chance to step away from day-to-day responsibilities, reset and return with fresh energy.

Congratulations, Simone, on five years with Lamp Rynearson. Thank you for your commitment to learning, improving processes and bringing a positive presence to the team. We look forward to seeing what you accomplish next.
