He is passionate about redevelopment and is known for his proactive communication, strategic planning, and ability to deliver results on high-profile, mixed-use, and amenity-rich developments. Joe has served as Senior Project Manager on transformative projects such as The Crossroads Redevelopment, Aksarben Village, and Heartwood Preserve. A licensed Professional Engineer in Nebraska and Envision Sustainability Professional, Joe is active in industry organizations and dedicated to making a positive impact in the Greater Omaha area.
