Terry Atkins, PE, is the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors at Lamp Rynearson. With over 30 years of experience in civil engineering, Terry is recognized for his technical expertise, visionary leadership, and commitment to operational excellence. Since being named COO in 2017, he has played a pivotal role in guiding the firm’s Design, IT, and Geomatics Groups, while maintaining strong client relationships and involvement in key Omaha projects. Terry’s leadership has been instrumental in the success of transformative projects such as the, CHI Health Center Arena and Convention Center, Heartwood Preserve, Aksarben Village, Midtown Crossing, and the Crossroads Redevelopment.
