Todd Whitfield is a versatile Senior Survey Project Manager with 40 years of experience and a Licensed Land Surveyor credential in both Nebraska and Kansas. His technical range is broad, covering GIS, global positioning systems, electronic total stations, data processing, and survey/GIS integration, giving clients a single point of contact for complex, multi-disciplinary survey challenges. Todd has led high-profile projects across the region, including the NDOT State-wide Bridge Scour Survey, the Omaha Streetcar Preliminary Planning Topographic Survey, the Kiewit Headquarters Survey, and multiple University of Nebraska campus projects.
