let's connect!

With more than 25 years of civil engineering experience, Troy Spraker brings a rare combination of technical depth and client-first thinking to every project he leads. Based in Lamp Rynearson’s Fort Collins office, Troy serves as a trusted partner to energy and solar clients across Colorado, having managed civil site design for large-scale solar arrays including the Sun Mountain Solar Array and Big Horn Solar Array in Pueblo. His Envision certification (ENV SP) reflects a genuine commitment to sustainable infrastructure, and his active membership in the Colorado Solar and Storage Association (COSSA) keeps him at the forefront of an evolving industry. Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and Texas, Troy is equally comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments and coordinating across jurisdictions, a skill that consistently translates into smoother project delivery for his clients. From conception and entitlements through design, construction, and turnover, Troy manages every phase with the kind of practical, construction-informed perspective that keeps projects on track and clients confident.
