Treasure came to Lamp Rynearson one year ago after being initially attracted to Lamp Rynearson by the work. She was looking for a company that works with projects and gave her the opportunity to learn through various responsibilities. Lamp Rynearson checked all her boxes. Treasure had also heard great things about the company and our President and CEO, Nancy Pridal.
In her role as Office Services Coordinator in our Omaha office, Treasure gets to have her hands in a little bit of everything. Her favorite project she has worked on in her first year was coordinating sports tickets for employees and researching information on recruiting and retention efforts.
On top of her 1-year anniversary at Lamp Rynearson, Treasure is also celebrating receiving her MBA. She originally planned to go into real estate development after earning her MBA, but in the future, she is interested in something with strategic partnerships or operations leadership.
One of the most memorable moments for Treasure in her first year at Lamp Rynearson came during a difficult time in her personal life. Her apartment complex was shut down, and she was only given hours’ notice that she had to move.
“It was a tough time but the outpouring of support and generosity from Lamp was unbelievable. I will never ever forget that kindness,” Treasure said.
When she has free time, you can find Treasure wandering a festival with unique food, art and jewelry. Treasure has fond memories from attending the Strawberry festivals and local art festivals with her daughter when she lived in Florida.
“I love seeing things that are interesting and special,” Treasure said.
Treasure’s first year at Lamp Rynearson has been filled with triumphs and we can not wait to see where the rest of her journey takes her. Congratulations, Treasure!
