Sagewood Valley
On the corner of 180th and Fort Street, Sagewood Valley is a Celebrity Homes subdivision in Northwest Omaha. Located within a mile of 4 schools, Flanagan Lake, and sits adjacent to a future NRD lake to the West. Lamp Rynearson provided survey, grading design, platting, public improvements, sanitary sewer design, and construction administration for this 129 lot development. Coordination with NRD was needed as a lake is scheduled to be developed just west of the subdivision. A city of Omaha interceptor sewer was constructed enabling future development and several Elkhorn public schools.

Harrison 210
Harrison 210 is a subdivision in the growing Gretna community between 210th and 213th and Harrison Street. This 80-acre development is efficiently laid out with over 250 single-family lots. Lamp Rynearson provided wetland delineation due to natural wetlands running along the east side of this neighborhood.

Lakeview 168
Lakeview 168 is a subdivision in Northwest Omaha at 168th and Ida Street. Developed on the East side of Flanagan Lake the neighborhood contains 266 single-family lots. Aside from survey, grading design, and platting, our engineers designed a culvert with 100ft extensions for this site. Wetland delineation services were also provided for this development.
