It is rare for a neighborhood to follow the layout of the already existing forestry, but not for the pristine Sanctuary Ridge. With a past life as a golf course, Lanoha Real Estate and Development purchased the property with the intent to build a high-end 97-lot subdivision off West Center Road. Complete with a stunning Elkhorn River view, Sanctuary Ridge is a testament to Lamp Rynearson’s commitment to sustainability.
To maintain the natural topography and have as minimum a disturbance as possible, our survey and design groups worked to carefully navigate the utilities between trees and up and down steep hills. A lift station was designed to pump any wastewater and stormwater into the existing infrastructure across Center Street. In order to provide a safer entrance into the subdivision, our transportation group worked with NDOT to establish a deceleration lane on Center Road, creating a beautiful neighborhood without disturbing the natural environment.
Our construction administration team was present on-site every day during the development phase. Their constant communication with our clients and stakeholders ensured that the roads, sidewalks, and infrastructure were meticulously built to specifications, underscoring our commitment to quality and careful planning.
