We are the engineers for your Sanitary and Improvement District (SID). On behalf of the SID Board, we are providing notice of an upcoming project in your neighborhood. The SID has contracted to have the entrances into the neighborhood improved. See the FAQ section for answers to common questions, and click the link below for visuals.
Frequently Asked Questions.
The SID has engaged a contractor to improve and beautify the entrance islands leading into the District. The SID has solicited bids, and the lowest qualified bidder (Washa Landscaping LLC) has been awarded the contract for the project.
The contractor will be working at the 173rd Street and Edna entrances. They will remove the existing monument signs, clear the plantings and mulch, and remove the electrical and irrigation systems. New monument signs will be installed at each corner of the intersections. New plantings, electrical, irrigation and river rock will be installed.
Since you found this information, it’s getting close to time! You may see contractors working very shortly. However, much of the work will be completed in the Spring of 2025.
This project should be finished in the Spring of 2025.
