At Lamp Rynearson, relationships are at the heart of our work. We are thrilled to welcome Amy K. Augustyn as the Client Relationship Manager in our Omaha office. In this role, Amy will carry forward our tradition of building trusted partnerships and connecting our expertise with the needs of the communities we serve.
Amy steps into the position with a wealth of experience. With more than 15 years spanning architecture, real estate development, owner representation, and business development, she has led large-scale commercial and residential projects, guided nonprofits and affordable housing initiatives, and built strong networks across the region. Her career reflects both technical insight and a deep understanding of how to foster lasting client relationships—qualities that align seamlessly with Lamp Rynearson’s purpose of leaving a legacy.
Currently, Amy is working alongside Marlene Knight, who has been Omaha’s Client Relationship Manager for nearly seven years. Marlene will retire at the end of this year, wrapping up an illustrious career defined by genuine connection, unwavering dedication, and a deep care for both colleagues and clients. Her ability to build relationships and open doors has shaped countless opportunities for our firm. We are profoundly grateful for the energy, passion, and heart she has poured into Lamp Rynearson.
“Marlene’s impact on Lamp Rynearson has been extraordinary. She has built countless relationships and represented our firm with grace, professionalism, and heart. As she prepares for a well-earned retirement, we are excited to welcome Amy and the energy, expertise, and vision she brings to our Omaha office.”
