Mineral Resources specialized in multi-well oil and gas well drilling pads and permitted approximately 200 wells in the Wattenberg Field located in Northern Colorado. Lamp Rynearson provided oil and gas well permitting with the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, as well as site specific engineering and surveying services.
Lamp Rynearson also created an asset management system for Mineral Resources that helped them track their oil and gas operations with a GIS map that connected to their proprietary lease manager software. The system we developed for them provided a graphic interface that helps clarify the process of dividing mineral interests among leaseholders in urban areas. This system streamlined their office procedures and reduced the time spent developing mineral leases.
