We congratulate Lamp Rynearson’s president and CEO, Nancy Pridal, P.E., for being selected as the 2019 ICAN Leadership Award recipient. The ICAN Leadership Award was designed to honor a woman or man at any leadership level, who has taken the necessary steps to redefine leadership in their organization. A panel of community leaders chose Pridal from a pool of candidates for her success as a leader. Nancy is the fourth person to receive this prestigious award from ICAN.
Standing out in a pool of nominations, ICAN is honored to recognize Pridal. “Throughout her storied career, Nancy has proven herself with a strong ability to adapt and apply the 4 Cs each and every day.” said ICAN President and CEO Susan Henricks. “She represents all that the ICAN Leadership Award stands for and more with grace, dignity and authenticity. We were honored to present this award to Nancy today.”
Pridal said, “I am overwhelmed by this recognition and am grateful to ICAN and Kiewit and those who believed in me throughout my career. I hold a strong belief in civic and industry involvement as it has been a cornerstone of our firm’s values and is one that has been easy for me to embrace. Leadership can be both rewarding and challenging. As a leader, if you’re smart, you never stop learning and never stop mentoring.”
