Situated in the heart of Omaha, Aksarben Village is a mixed-use redevelopment, incorporating the principles of new urbanism. Residential, office, retail, entertainment, and recreation all converge to make this project a positive addition to the Omaha metropolitan community. Lamp Rynearson was a key consultant to the owner in the development of Aksarben Village. Our responsibilities included infrastructure feasibility studies, platting, demolition and site grading, infrastructure design and construction administration, and utility coordination. Lamp Rynearson delivered on large and complex tasks including hydrologic/hydraulic analysis of the Little Papillion Creek, and the design of the trunk storm sewers and outlet structures.
