With just over 200 lots, Chestnut Hills is a single-family housing development located in Bennington, Nebraska. Along with survey, civil, and plat layout, Lamp Rynearson professionals performed wetland delineation services along with 404 Nation Wide Permitting. A Migratory Bird Survey was also required at Chestnut Hills. Our environmental service specialists were onsite monitoring, tracking, and documenting bird activity in order to ensure clearing and grubbing activities had no adverse impacts to nesting migratory birds during this time.
Lamp Rynearson stormwater technicians performed regular site inspections before and during development. Post Construction Stormwater Management efforts are ongoing at Chestnut Hills until the basins are converted to their permanent status. Ensuring that the basins capture and treat the same amount of rainwater prior to construction, ultimately keeping our client in compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental regulations throughout this subdivision development.
