The award-winning Heartwood Preserve continues to grow its community. Ovation, the newest care center on the Preserve, provides assisted living, memory care, female-only memory care, and independent living.
Two buildings make the campus of Ovation. An independent care facility, and an assisted living home. Lamp Rynearson carefully constructed and planned the different access and drop-off points while keeping the community the building would be serving at the forefront – ADA compliance was an absolute must. The outdoor amenities were constructed to meet our client’s needs first. For those spaces, we coordinated closely with our partners who handled the landscape architecture.
There were some grading challenges between the two buildings and maximizing the site plan for both buildings. However, thanks to our team’s tireless efforts in planning and civil engineering, the result is a beautiful campus for many to enjoy for years to come.
