Unique in shape, size, and comfort, the Clove apartment complex on 78th and Dodge Street in Omaha stands tall. Our civil engineers, landscape architects, and design engineers worked together masterfully to create an exceptional place for the community to call home.
The U shape of the complex leads to a beautiful campus center adorned with welcoming pathways and gardens. From planting beds integrated into the slab, it also includes trees, shrubbery, and a grilling area. The amenities do not end there, with a pool area included at the base of the Clove’s campus for its tenants to relax and enjoy. A specialty of this deluxe apartment complex is the beautiful plaza over the parking garage. We coordinated closely with the original architect, the owner, and of course our crucial structural team to add these gorgeous amenities.
Not only did we organize within our own team and clients, but we also worked carefully with NDOT as there is a state-controlled highway right in front of the project. Our team platted and rezoned the area to then lead to the upcoming entitlements and topography service. The result is a standing testament to our processes and final product.
