After 5 years with Lamp Rynearson, Project Manager Michael Palizzi reflects on his significant and impactful experiences.
“The friendliness of the people is what initially attracted me to the company. Everyone was easy to talk to and gave me a very warm welcome.”
The company’s positive culture and focus on fostering meaningful work relations enticed Michael. He recalls a few years ago when there was a food truck brought to the office as well as adult-sized tricycles.
“The competition was fierce.”
The project that Michael is most proud of is the Warbler Oil & Gas Pad. After starting the project as a Project Engineer, his goals for the Pad Complex came to fruition once becoming a Project Manager. Michael appreciates the unique complexity of this project, involving two bridge crossings over irrigation canals to provide access to the pad in addition to utilizing a retention pond design.
When not managing groundbreaking projects, Michael enjoys playing both the guitar and drums.
“Nothing beats rocking out to loud music and feeling the energy run through you.”
Michael has formidable plans for his future at Lamp Rynearson and anticipates great success with all the exciting projects to come.
“I especially look forward to aiding in the expansion of our Energy Department here at Lamp Rynearson.”
Congratulations on your 5-Year anniversary! #WorkHereGrowHere
