Corporate Communications Lead Teddianne Vaught has been making waves in her five years at Lamp Rynearson. Continuously inspired by our mission and values, she has led a countless number of significant company projects including the Legacy Listening podcast, Impact Report, and Year in Review. Our podcast stands out to her, providing the opportunity to craft compelling narratives that bring to life the rich tapestry of personal stories and experiences shared by individuals with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
Embracing the changing tides, Teddianne looks forward to growing and learning even more in the future. In the fall of 2023, she received her Master of Arts in Communications and Public Relations and is considering pursuing a Ph.D. in Communications. She wants to foster a deeper understanding of the intricate dynamics within various communication channels and how they impact society. Overall, her goal is to contribute meaningfully to the communication field’s practical advancements. The sense of accomplishment and support Teddianne received from Lamp Rynearson during her academic journey left an indelible mark on her and tie back to our core value of “fostering the development of our employees’ professional, personal, and family lives.”
Teddianne’s courage and creativity is hardly landlocked. When she isn’t crafting content, you can find her under the sea with sting rays and nurse sharks, expanding her mermaiding and water ballet skills at Mertailor’s Mermaid Aquarium Encounter in Lecanto, Florida, with their in-tank experience they offer. She is also often found enjoying the azure spring waters of Florida’s Nature Coast. These moments refill her cup and resonate deeply with her spirit. We look forward to another five years of shell-ebrating Teddianne at Lamp Rynearson!
